Work Experience Programme - Introduction to Catering & Hospitality for 16 to 25 year olds - Coming Soon

Our work experience programme aims to teach basic catering skills, food safety and hygiene qualifications to Neurodivergent young people (working with local colleges) young people whom are home schooled and young people with other barriers to work enabling them to have better job prospects in the future.

Students will learn about food safety and hygiene in the Commercial Kitchen, recipe and menu development, basic cookery skills, customer service skills and an introduction to barista skills.
